I will cut to the chase. Bad news first…if you don’t have everything in your life that you want right now, I will quote Larry Winget “It’s your own fault!” (take a breath!)

Good news…if you take full responsibility for that, it means that YOU have the power to change it! When we stop blaming other people, the economy, politics, etc. for not having what we want, we put the ball in OUR court. We empower ourselves!

I have a suggestion, if you are not getting the results that you want, change your approach! Let’s use me as an example. Back in March my business was really struggling. I wasn’t helping the number of people I wanted and definitely not making the money I wanted. I dropped the excuses about it being someone else’s fault, including the economy, and hired a business coach. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I was willing to take full responsibility, I felt empowered, came up with a new plan on how to generate business and my business has completely changed! What can cause some of the most stress and anxiety in life is when our life is not how we “dreamed” or “wanted” it to be. What compounds that is thinking that it is someone else’s fault! It’s B.S.! Take responsibility and take back YOUR power!

Exercise
Think of an area of your life (relationships, career, money, health) that you are not satisfied with. Take full responsibility and come up with a new plan of action to create a different result!

Affirmation
I have the power to create whatever I choose in life!
I am abundantly creative!

Make it an Outstanding week! It’s YOUR choice!
